Training Agenda: Protecting ICT Critical Information Infrastructure (CIl) in the Public and Private Sector

The purpose of the training is to provide practical, up-to-date best practices for

protecting Tanzania's private-sector Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) and

strengthening the resilience of critical services. The training focuses especially on:

1. Identification, management and resilience of Critical Information Infrastructure.

2. CII risk management, dependencies, supply chains and third-party risks.

3. CII audit, assurance and cybersecurity maturity.

4. Information integrity, authenticity, cryptography and quantum readiness.

5. Artificial intelligence, data protection and emerging cyber risks.

6. Business continuity, incident response and SOC operations.

Target Audience: ICT and cybersecurity personnel responsible for critical information

infrastructure and critical digital services in the private sector, including banking and

finance, telecommunications and MNOs, energy, health, transport and logistics, ports,

and other critical service providers.
